The Southside Economic Development District (SEDD) has been operating without approved meeting minutes for six months, creating a bureaucratic impasse that threatens the board’s ability to conduct official business and receive city funding.

The dispute centers on President Tony Little’s repeated objections to meeting minutes that accurately record discussions and votes he initially supported but later opposed. Most notably, Little has blocked approval of December 2024, minutes that documented board discussions about a contract with RCH Engineering – a company he voted to approve at the time but now refuses to pay.
