Community members and loved ones are preparing to gather this coming weekend to pay their final respects to Perry Martin, whose passing has brought a reflective pause to the local community.
Arrangements have been finalized by McFarland Funeral Companies of Monroe, with services scheduled across both sides of the Ouachita River.
A public visitation is scheduled for Friday, June 26, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Trenton Baptist Church of West Monroe, located at 2117 Cypress Street.
The following morning, a homegoing and funeral service will celebrate Martin’s life and legacy.
The service will commence at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at the Trenton Baptist Church of West Monroe, located at 2117 Cypress Street.
