Another murder: 20 year old Richwood alumnus dies of gunshot wounds

Tragedy struck Monroe again this Wednesday, November 15th, as police responded to a distress call at a residence on Heritage Circle.

At approximately 7:42 AM, Monroe Police Department officers discovered 20-year-old Jaylin Dewayne Robinson suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite prompt transportation to a nearby hospital, Robinson was sadly pronounced deceased.

Robinson was a former student of Richwood High School and beloved by friends and family.

In light of this incident, detectives are urgently seeking public assistance. Residents in the vicinity, especially those with security cameras, are encouraged to review footage from November 14, 11:30 PM, to November 15, 7:42 AM, for any suspicious activity.

Authorities are particularly searching for a gray Dodge Charger that might be linked to the case.
