Rev. John L. Russell, Jr. has been selected to head the Ouachita Multi-Purpose Community Action Agency.
Judge Larry Jefferson, president of CAP, announced the Reverend Russell’s appointment in a news release this month.
The Reverend Russell was elected unanimously with 12 of the agency’s 15 members present.
The Rev. Russell replaces Dr. Kema D. Robinson, who was terminated last year.
