Elaine Hill Barnett, 70 of Monroe, La; Veteran and Little Flower Academy graduate, fell asleep in death on Friday, October 8, 2021, in her home surrounded in love by her family.
Elaine was a loving wife of 48 years to her late husband LeRoy ”Joe” Barnett, Jr who passed on September 3, 2021. She was a devoted mother to Courtney (Jennifer) and Nicole Barnett and grandmother to her 4 grandchildren. She was a long time member of the Christian Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. A private memorial service will be held in her memory on Sunday, October 31, 2021, in Monroe, La.
