Former Sheriff, Chuck Cook, has officially declared his intention to seek re-election to the position of Ouachita Parish Sheriff in the upcoming Fall elections.
With the qualifying period set to take place on August 8, 9, and 10, Cook is eager to present his candidacy to the people of Ouachita Parish and bring a new choice to the voters.
Having previously served as Ouachita Parish Sheriff from July 1, 1995, until June 30, 2000, Sheriff Cook brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the community.
