Dawson fired at CAP over poor evaluations, lawsuit claiming physical attack

Dr. Kema Dawson-Robinson is no longer the executive director of Ouachita Multi-Purpose Community Action Agency.

The agency’s board of directors, with 12 of 14 board members present, voted to fire the outspoken agency head.

Dawson-Robinson is also president of the Monroe City Council and confidant of Monroe Mayor Oliver Ellis.
