On August 31, 2024, Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s deputies arrested Candice Kindrix, 32, of West Monroe, Louisiana, on charges of felony theft and criminal conspiracy at a Dollar General store located at 1200 Thomas Rd., West Monroe.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, Deputy Addison Felts responded to the scene at approximately 11:53 AM after store management reported suspicious activity involving an employee allegedly making fraudulent returns.
