While the recent winter storm ravished north Louisiana causing thousands of homeowners to be without power, one electrician was sacrificing his own safety to ensure that others stayed warm.
As temperatures dropped as low as seven degrees in Monroe, Ivan Thomas braved the treacherous weather and answered the call of duty.
One of his customers was so grateful she publicly thanked him.
