Creating New Horizons, a prominent local nonprofit dedicated to community-based academic support programs, is spearheading the Wilson Street Neighborhood Revitalization and Home Ownership Project. The initiative aims to prepare program recruits for entry-level work in the construction industry while also addressing wealth gap disparity through affordable home ownership and increasing the local skilled labor force.
