Gill brothers charged with attempted murder of police officer

How is possible for a suspect charged with attempted murder to get bail low enough for him to get out and get arrested again four days later for trying to murder a police officer?

   The details of the arrest, release, and rearrest of Cazzerrick Gill, 19, have officials pointing fingers at each.

   Last week Gill, a resident at Parkview Apartments in Monroe, was charged with attempted first-degree murder of a police officer after a June 21 incident in which authorities say Gill, while armed, fired a shot at a Ouachita Parish sheriff’s deputy.

   Gill had been arrested on June 7 for allegedly trying to shoot one of his brothers at Parkview Apartments.
