Henderson family wants FBI to re-open 2004 murder by Monroe Police

The family of William Henderson wants the U.S. Justice Department to re-open what they describe as the murder of their father by the Monroe Police Department in 2004. They say the city has never apologized and the officers who killed him have never faced justice.
