Hit and Run victim Frazier on life support, suspect arrested

A hit-and-run incident in West Monroe has left a 19-year-old fighting for his life and a suspect behind bars.

On February 9, 2025, West Monroe Police Department officers discovered Alonzo B. Frazier lying in a ditch on Glenwood Drive.

The young man had allegedly been struck by a vehicle that fled the scene, leaving him critically injured.

Frazier was immediately transported to a hospital in Shreveport, where he was listed in critical condition and placed on life support. The severity of his injuries…
