Infant with cocaine in urine leads to three arrests

Three adults – Joseph Lee Murray, Roger Dale Bradford, and Roxie Danielle Austin—were arrested on March 18th, 2024, in West Monroe, Louisiana, on charges of cruelty to juveniles.

According to court documents, the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office launched an investigation on January 13th, 2024, after a child welfare specialist reported a complaint received from St. Francis Medical Center.

The complaint alleged a positive cocaine test resulted in an infant’s urine screening.
