Judges accused of bias, in city court sex case

A man says three local judges and an attorney should be cited for collusion in a case involving a man who had sex with his wife.

A Monroe man has filed a formal complaint against three local judges and an attorney. He says they conspired against him in a case involving a man who had sex with his wife.

Avaine Strong, of Monroe, filed suit in city court in January of 2017, accusing a local man of having sex with his wife and being involved in the molestation of his daughter.

Strong said two judges and two lawyers worked together to cheat him out of fair hearing of his case.
