The West Monroe Police Department responded to a call on November 26, 2018 at 103 Riverbend Drive in reference to a suspicious death investigation. Upon arrival officers located a deceased female who had what appeared to be post-mortem injuries. Police say that during their investigation, they found multiple cuts on the victim. At this time, the investigation shows that the cuts were made after the victim died.
