A strange thing happened in city government last week, one of the mayor’s most loyal department heads, Chris Fisher suddenly resigned without explanation.
The sudden resignation was not announced by the city until Tuesday pressed by the news media for a reason, especially after Fisher was escorted out of city facilities by city marshals, a usual indication of termination.
Fisher who has served as the director of Programs and Urban Development since 2008.
