Former Mayor Jamie Mayo has placed crime reduction at the forefront of his bid for re-election, taking aim at the Ellis Administration for what he perceives as a lack of attention to the city’s crime problem.
Speaking at the New Light Baptist Church on Sunday, Mayo criticized the current administration’s approach to crime and presented his own track record for comparison.
