Bennie Calvin Morehead was born January 16, 1960 to Aver and Alfred Morehead III. He was the baby of eight children.
Bennie was educated in the Monroe City and Ouachita Parish School Systems.
He loved the outdoors and farming.
He always had a smile on his face.
Bennie loved his family, not just his brothers and sisters, but his whole family. Whenever you saw him he would have you laughing.
He was a gentle giant who never caused too much fuss about anything.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Morehead III; one brother, Henry W. Morehead. He is survived by: one brother, James Morehead (Jean) of Indianapolis, Indiana; five sisters: Helen Rodriguez of Fresno, California; Sharon Williams, Cecile Babcock, Lucille Morehead, Shirley Brown and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
