Police with canine officers were searching for a suspect, believed to be wounded in a shooting incident Wednesday, October 20th, that reportedly spilled over into South 6th Street and S. 7th Street. No details were available at press time Wednesday other than that one male is dead, another victim was airlifted to LSU Shreveport. A third person, believed to be wounded in the incident was reportedly hiding in the neighborhood, prompting the police search.
