Pat Moore says she received her sign, and she will be running for State Representative in February.
Moore, a three-term member of the Ouachita Parish Police Jury, says she will be a candidate to fill the unexpired term of Rep. Marcus Hunter in a February Special election called by the Governor.
Hunter won election to the 4th District Court in the November elections, creating a vacancy for his District 17 seat.
