In a pre-election crackdown, Monroe Police Department’s Narcotic Agents have arrested two local drug dealers, Marcus Ford and Hayden Pardue, for the sale and distribution of cocaine. The arrests come as part of a strategic move by authorities ahead of the March 23 election, highlighting the city’s commitment to cleaning up the streets and curbing drug-related activities.
The suppliers were Black street hustlers, but the customers were white patrons of the club. Only the suppliers were arrested, even though possession of cocaine is a crime.
