Richwood recall looms next week, Brown defends Mayo services

Richwood voters will go to the polls next week to decide whether to recall Mayor Gerald Brown.

Last week the board of alderman tabled budget submitted by the mayor, until its next meeting which will be after the recall election.

Mayor Pro-Tem Wilbert Reed said the board is disturbed that Mayor Brown regularly ignores the board and makes appointments and decisions without consulting the board.
