On Tuesday, May 16, 2023, the family and friends of former Richwood Alderman Leo Kelly said farewell during services at the Greater Free Gift Baptist Church in Monroe.
Kelly served as an alderman for twenty years and became an ardent advocate for the advancement of the town with the support of the town’s leadership.
