Mayor Friday Ellis paid a surprise visit to JS Clark Elementary School. The Mayor and his staff surprised a 2nd Grade Student in Mrs Generoso’s Class with the Key To The City. Young Taurian Collins has constantly been in the news lately for scholastic achievement. He was accepted into the prestigious Mensa program only in 2nd Grade. Mayor Ellis saluted him in his class for his achievements and scholastic abilities.
