Charles Theus now has a car, thanks to the Southside Economic Development District.
In its monthly meeting Monday night, the Southside Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to authorize its chairwoman Gladys Smith to sign a lease for a new Toyota Highlander for its director, Charles Theus to use.
