SEDD wants Casino gambling on November ballot

SEDD director announces casino push although its board has never approved formal actions; “I don’t need to ask the board” Theus says.

 

The director of the South Side Economic Development District wants a Casino for South Monroe and is putting plans in place to get it approved by voters in the November elections.
