Otis R. Davis, born on August 13, 2001, in Monroe, Louisiana, to Brandy Nicole Davis and Antron Robinson, passed away on December 23, 2023, at the young age of 22.

Otis graduated from Richwood High School and pursued a career in the Army National Guard with dedication and honor. After his honorable discharge, he moved to Dallas, Texas, and worked as a customer service attendant at Walmart, where he was known for his friendly and helpful nature.

A devout Christian, Otis accepted Christ at an early age at Christian Fellowship in Monroe, Louisiana. He was a young man who found joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as attending church, spending quality time with his family, and playing video games.

Otis was a beloved family member and friend, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and warmth. He was preceded in death by his brother Terry Davis, his aunt Sheree Davis, and a special cousin, Karvance Stewart. His memory will be cherished by his parents Brandy Davis and Antron Robinson; his adopted parents Joyce and Roosevelt Davis; his grandparents Donna and Danny Brown of Wisner, Louisiana, and Shirley Robinson of Dallas, Texas; his siblings Breunshea, Jarrica, and Relaurel Davis, Donterrious Davis of Dallas, Texas; Domonique McKeel, Jarmarion Ellis of Sicily Island, Louisiana; Tavarrius Davis, Kewon Ross, and Christian Carradine; his aunts Shontel and Stacy Davis of Wisner, Louisiana; ReLaurell Davis of Shreveport, Louisiana; Veronica Campbell of Wisner, Louisiana; his uncles Terry Davis of Wisner, Louisiana, and Danny Tolliver of Sicily Island, Louisiana; his niece Breonna Ellis of Monroe, Louisiana; his friends Jalen Harris and Dada; and a multitude of great-aunts, aunts, cousins, family, and friends.

Otis’s life, though brief, was filled with moments of joy, service, and love. His departure leaves a void in the hearts of many, but his spirit and memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
