Sheriff-Elect Henry Whitehorn of Caddo Parish, known for his historic election victory, will be the featured speaker at the upcoming Ouachita Parish NAACP Freedom Fund Banquet.
The event, scheduled for Saturday, July 20, 2024, at the Monroe Civic Center, is expected to draw a large audience eager to hear from the esteemed law enforcement leader.
