A youth charged with armed robbery and second-degree murder when he was a juvenile three years ago is once again the target of a police manhunt, accused of firing a semi-automatic rifle at police officers.

Monroe police are searching for 18-year-old Isszvian Webb, who is wanted on suspicion of three counts of attempted first-degree murder after firing a semi-automatic rifle at law enforcement.

The incident began when a Monroe police officer pulled over Webb’s vehicle on South 8th Street on Sunday, February 5th.
