A QUICK DUMP AND FAST GETAWAY:
The 300 block of Collier Street is beginning to look like the city dump.
Residents in pick up trucks routinely dump trash, building materials, toilets, carpet, and other debris on this site on a regular basis. It is growing on a daily basis.
The city picks it up and residents from other neighborhoods drive by quickly and empty their trucks and speed away.
This is just Nasty!
