SU Students’ Frat death, coverup attempt, lamented across the nation

A 20-year-old Southern University student and beloved marching band member collapsed and died following a violent hazing ritual conducted by members of Omega Psi Phi fraternity, according to investigative sources. Making matters worse, police are reporting the frat members conjured up a story to hide their deeds.

Caleb Wilson, a junior majoring in mechanical engineering and a trumpeter with the university’s renowned Human Jukebox marching band, suffered a seizure after being punched in the chest during an off-campus hazing event on February 21.
