K-9, Brown leading “goto people” for campaign street soldiers
As election day nears many will focus on candidates for public office, but behind the scenes, in most local elections there are two individuals that organize “foot soldiers” for various candidates, who are generally unknown to the public.
Tyrone “K-9” Dickens and Marie Brown are generally regarded as “goto” people when it comes to organizing “foot soldiers” in the Black community.
