The Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office currently has an active warrant for William T. Smith, age 24 of Monroe, charging him with 2nd Degree Murder.
Smith is described as a Black male, 6’1” tall weighing 209 lbs. He has black hair and brown hair.
He is known to frequent the South 6th Street area of Monroe and may be driving a Mercedes-Benz vehicle, silver in color.
