Willson named president of Monroe City School Board

Bill Willson was elected president of the Monroe City School Board during Tuesday night’s first meeting of the new year.

The board has a 4-3 Black majority; however, Darryl Berry, of Southside’s District 4, voted with the board’s three white members to Willson.
