Richard A. Winder was appointed by Governor John Bel Edwards in September 2021 to sever as a board member for the Louisiana Housing Corporation. Winder will represent Louisiana’s 5th Congressional District.
Winder is a native of New Orleans, LA, and currently resides in Monroe, LA with his wife Dr. Janice H. Winder. Winder earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Master of Social Work from Tulane University.
