Monroe high school basketball teams are on the map.
Last week the Wossman girls’ basketball beat Albany, 63-43, in the Non-Select Division II State Championship. The Lady Cats capture the title for the second consecutive year.
Tuesday night, the Carroll Bulldogs defeated Iowa High School 63-57 to advance to the state finals Saturday night and face off against Bossier High School. The game will be played in Lake Charles.
