Monroe, LA — A-1 Auto Transport wants to let all students in the Monroe and Ouachita Parish area know that they are currently accepting entries for their scholarship program.
As a strong leader in the auto transport industry, the A-1 Auto Transport scholarship program is geared to help those students that want to have a bit of help paying for their education expenses.
Many students are welcome to apply if they are currently enrolled in a program with a college, trade school or other education institute, have a 3.0 GPA average and submit a completed, original essay to email@example.com by March 10, 2018.
Please include your full name, your school’s information and your best contact information – as well as the required essay attached. Please keep in mind that the scholarship committee does not tolerate plagiarism and every essay will be checked to make sure it is 100% original before acceptance and publication to the website.
The guidelines for the essay that is required are as follows:
• No less than 1,000 words
• Must be original
• Must be on a vehicle shipping topic – door to door shipping, shipping overseas, freight shipping, enclosed car shipping, etc.
• Must show quality and thoughtfulness
Students should share their essay once it has been posted to the site to have more people vote on theirs. The Scholarship Committee will use these votes and take their own to determine the winner.
Marketing Director Joe Webster stated, “We feel strongly about the students of the area and we want to make sure that the communities we work in get something back in return.”
Winners will be announced at the end of March 2018 and will be notified via email.
