SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS
The Housing Authority of the City of Monroe, Louisiana (“MHA”) is soliciting offers for the purchase of properties located at 2103 S. Grand St., Monroe, LA 71202 and 4201 Spurgeon Drive, Monroe, LA 71203. Both properties have been historically utilized as group homes housing individuals with disabilities which use may be continued (but not required). However, pursuant to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) rules and regulations, the properties may not be sold for less than fair market value which pursuant to current appraisal is as follows:
2103 S. Grand St., Monroe, LA 71202 $219,000.00
4201 Spurgeon Drive, Monroe, LA 71203 $216,000.00
