Tabernacle gives tribute to its 2017 Graduates

 On Sunday, June 4, 2017, the New Tabernacle Baptist Church, acknowledged and gave tribute to members that graduated from area schools. Tab graduates from kindergarten, elementary, middle school, high school and college participated in the celebratory program hosted by the Sunday School Department.
The program highly featured two graduating seniors, Xavier Johnson, Wossman High School and Cordarius Banks, St. Frederick High School.  All graduates were individually acknowledged and each received recognition for their accomplishments. The “Mistress of Ceremony” for the program was first lady, “Joslyn Wright” and guest speaker was “Tab’s own, Zakiya Kyles. Each graduate received tokens, gifts and an array of wisdom.
