Johnny Williams, Jr., of Monroe, was booked into the Ouachita Parish Correctional Center on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, on 87 Counts of Sexual Abuse of an animal and 411 counts of possession of child sex abuse materials.

Chris Lewis meets the minimum requirements set forth by the state to run for the city marshal’s position. Donald Trump met the minimum requirements to run for president. Because of Trump’s lack of experience and fitness to be president he has destroyed the economy, demoralized the men and women serving in the military, drove our farmers and ranchers bankrupt, wiped out our healthcare system, and put our country in 40 trillion dollar debt. Chris Lewis because of his lack of law enforcement experience, military service, or even a degree in criminal justice administration or a law degree would have given him some knowledge but not the requisite experience needed to do the job. When running an organization such as the police department, fire department, or marshal’s office it’s not just counting hot dog and hamburger buns and interviewing and hiring young people who have been hired on their first job ever. He will be charged with leading, training, and managing talented and qualified deputies, seasoned sargents, and lieutenants that are going to be looking to him for leadership and answers to difficult questions about different aspects of the marshal’s service that he will never be able to answer. Just like Trump, Chris will loose the respect and admiration of his organizational leaders and subordinates and people will be call for his impeachment.
